Steiner Ranch is a premier master-planned community in North Austin covering more than 4,600 acres of parks, entrances, and residential spaces. The landscape plays a key role in the community’s reputation and resident satisfaction.

The Challenge
Managing a large-scale community like Steiner Ranch requires careful coordination, fast response, and constant communication. The HOA board and residents expect every public area to look well maintained at all times.
The community includes entrances, medians, parks, and roadways, all of which must stay consistent through seasonal changes and high-traffic periods. In April, the community expects a complete mulch refresh ahead of the hot summer months. In past years, this work took several weekends to finish.
The HOA needed a partner capable of handling the full property efficiently while maintaining open communication with the board, residents, and community managers.

Our Approach
Texas EcoGrow assigned a full-time production manager and dedicated crews to Steiner Ranch to ensure reliable coverage across the 4,600-acre property. Our teams handle daily maintenance of entrances, medians, parks, and common areas with clear communication and visible results.
We began by working closely with the community managers to identify priority areas and set improvement goals. Together, we created renderings and recommendations for upgrades that align with the HOA’s aesthetic vision and seasonal plans.
To streamline communication, we established direct lines to account managers, daily and weekly reporting, and a 24-hour emergency contact system. This allows the HOA and residents to get fast answers and quick action whenever needed.
During mulching season, EcoGrow mobilized more than 70 team members across the property and completed the entire project in a single weekend. The result was a clean, refreshed appearance that exceeded expectations and reduced disruption for residents.
Our crews also respond immediately to emergency calls, including irrigation issues and fallen trees. Having a production manager on-site throughout the week allows us to take action as soon as an issue arises.
